Our Lagree studio houses a fleet of Mega Pro reformer machines, the gold standard of the Lagree method, set against warm lighting and natural textures that make even the most intense workout feel grounding. The adjacent studio space hosts our mat Pilates, power yoga, and strength classes, offering variety for every mood and fitness level.
