About Studio Classes
The Studio at Eden Social Club is a warm, purpose-built space designed for mindful movement and functional fitness. Our rotating timetable features mat Pilates, power yoga, vinyasa flow, strength and conditioning, and dedicated mobility sessions, giving you the freedom to build a well-rounded routine that evolves with your goals. Each class is thoughtfully structured to move you through a progressive sequence — beginning with breath work and activation, building through challenging compound movements, and closing with stretching or meditative stillness. Our instructors are experienced practitioners who bring genuine passion to every session, cueing alignment with precision and offering hands-on adjustments when appropriate. Class sizes are intentionally kept small so that every participant receives individual attention and feedback. In a mat Pilates session, you will focus on deep core engagement, spinal articulation, and pelvic stability using subtle, controlled movements that develop strength from the inside out. Power yoga classes blend traditional asana with dynamic sequencing that raises your heart rate while improving balance and flexibility.
